Official Opening

Finally, the 2021 season was officially opened yesterday, with the unfurling of our Association Flag at Annalong Bowling Club, on a beautiful sunny afternoon. President Jim McConnell received the flag from Honorary Secretary Henry McFarland, with IBA President Dan Dempsey in social distance attendance. Although, a somewhat lower key affair than usual, Jim was nonetheless delighted and honoured to officially open the season and wished all players a very enjoyable, competitive and above all, a very safe and healthy year.
