Entry Fees: Singles (£2.50), Pairs (£5.00), Triples (£7.50), Fours (£10.00)

Club Secretary / Treasurer to collect Remittance and forward to NIBA Honorary Treasurer.

This Form will be electronically delivered to Honorary Competitions Secretary and Draws will be displayed under NIBA Championships menu in due course.
