This e-form can be completed to enter the NIBA Open Championships Competitions 2022. Open to all Members of affiliate Clubs in all League Divisions

Competition Dates and Entry Forms can also be downloaded under Menu tab, Online Forms > Download a Form, for printing and display on Club Notice boards.

Entry Fees: Youth (Free), Junior & Open Singles (£2.50), Pairs (£5.00), Triples (£7.50), Fours & Senior Fours (£10.00)

Club Secretary / Treasurer to collect Remittance and forward to NIBA Honorary Treasurer.
